The 525 Moreland project is a locally-managed, master-planned development consisting of 33,000 square feet of commercial space and 42 units of workforce housing. The commercial portion is known as “The Lodge,” an homage to the historic Masonic Lodge building as the centerpiece of the development. The Lodge is co-developed and managed by local developers, Clark Property R+D and King Properties, both of whom specialize in urban infill and adaptive reuse developments that are authentic and engaging.
