Designed by the community, for the community.

The 525 Moreland project is an assemblage of 8 properties in the Ormewood Park/East Atlanta Village neighborhoods. The assemblage includes the historic Masonic Lodge at 525 Moreland.

The development team engaged neighborhood stakeholders in a community design process to create a mixed-use master planned development. The result is a thoughtful development plan that is informed and supported by the community.

Financing will be provided by the LIHTC program administered by the Georgia DCA and Housing Opportunity Bonds from Invest Atlanta.
